Corporate Location     Daily Company Moves   15 Feb 10: Hewlett-Packard Opens Data Centre in UK Californian computer and printer manufacturer Hewlett-Packard has opened a data centre in the UK that is completely cooled by the wind. The new facility is a 360,000-square-foot centre planned and started for Electronic Data Systems, the Texas business HP bought in 2008 for $13.9 billion. The new centre is located in Wynyard, in North East England, between Middlesbrough and Newcastle.
